As a career counselor, reintegration coach, and innovation specialist, my work is to help people take responsibility for their own lives. I am passionate about enabling people to make long-lasting, meaningful changes through coaching, advising, and teaching.
I work with individuals and teams who are serious about making changes in their lives. My approach combines my experience as a career counselor at Maastricht University (UM) with a background in educational science, IT, and research (PhD). I provide a direct and safe perspective that helps people examine their thoughts and obstacles from a distance, enabling them to make choices that genuinely advance their lives.
Personal contact is extremely important in my work. At the same time, modern circumstances sometimes make face-to-face meetings impossible. Much of my work can be done online, but my preference is always one-on-one interaction. I offer multiple levels of service to meet different needs. Whenever possible, I conduct the free intake in person at my office and together we determine the best follow-up trajectory.
A core part of my work involves second track reintegration programs, supporting individuals who have been sick for over a year and cannot return to their original roles.
Together, we explore what opportunities still exist, considering talents, resilience, interests, and labor market prospects. From there, we develop a step-by-step realistic pathway toward new employment.
I carry out these programs for various clients, combining coaching, career counseling, and practical support in finding a suitable new workplace.
I am also hired by organizations to support employees during outplacement trajectories, helping them process changes, reorient their careers, and develop strategies for the next step.

I have guided hospital teams in cultural change, developed courses for Teleperformance, and currently support a restaurant chain growing from two to ten locations. My focus is always on involving employees and management, ensuring innovations are sustainable in the long term.
With a Master's in Educational Psychology, a PhD in Educational Innovation, and many years of experience creating and delivering workshops, I am an expert in workshop development.
